She is an accredited Advanced Lean Practitioner, who has led more than 20 operational improvement projects across private sector, public sector and charities. Her work extends past Lean improvements to senior business transformation roles. She has established transformation Centres of Excellence in FTSE 100 firms, FinTech, and charities, and run multi-year, enterprise level transformation programmes. She regularly works with senior leaders to redesign executive teams and improve leadership effectiveness. In 2010, Laura won the PEX Best BPO Improvement Programme in Europe, and her work has been recognised through a number of other awards from clients and professional bodies.
