Laura Rawnsley

Owner/Director

From providing expert advisory services while at PA Consulting to leading in-house transformation teams, Laura has over 20 years of experience in delivering change in the services sector. She is an accredited Advanced Lean Practitioner, who has led more than 20 operational improvement projects across private sector, public sector and charities. Her work extends past Lean improvements to senior business transformation roles. She has established transformation Centres of Excellence in FTSE 100 firms, FinTech, and charities, and run multi-year, enterprise level transformation programmes. She regularly works with senior leaders to redesign executive teams and improve leadership effectiveness. In 2010, Laura won the PEX Best BPO Improvement Programme in Europe, and her work has been recognised through a number of other awards from clients and professional bodies.

Dr. Simon Guile

Senior Associate - Lean Specialist

An accredited Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Simon specialises in Lean process improvement. Simon has a scientific background and previously worked for 15 years in pharmaceutical research and manufacturing before becoming an Operational Excellence Lead at AstraZeneca and then at Rolls Royce. Simon has since delivered Lean operational improvements across a range of clients and industries including Health, Aerospace, Automotive, Defence, Finance, Pensions and Housing. Simon pairs his process-driven, technical experience with his strong strategic thinking, facilitation and project leadership skills to deliver comprehensive and robust client solutions. Mike Williams

Senior Associate - Lean Specialist

Mike is a proven change professional who has led major projects across the UK. Having worked as a consultant for a number of top tier firms as well as in in-house roles, he is an experienced programme and project manager with wide experience in the design and delivery of major transformation and complex change initiatives. As an accredited Lean and Six Sigma expert, Mike has successfully reengineered product and service delivery processes in Financial, Manufacturing and Public sectors. He has established and led business improvement teams, including developing and delivering LCS-accredited training programmes. He uses his deep experience of Lean, alongside a people-centric approach, to train and coach teams in Operational Excellence, building the necessary skills, capabilities and infrastructure to deliver lasting cultural change.
